3. Nature of the Service

We provide a trial matching and application assistance service. You complete a form detailing your health circumstances, and we use that information to identify potentially suitable clinical trials on your behalf and assist you in the application process.

However, you remain responsible for providing accurate information directly to the recruiting organisation, attending any required health assessments, and giving your own final confirmation of participation. We do not do these things on your behalf.

We are not a medical provider, clinical research organisation, or regulatory body. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before deciding to participate in any clinical trial.

By using this Service, you acknowledge that Cure Link acts solely as an intermediary to identify potentially suitable trials and facilitate referral. We do not assess your medical suitability for any trial, provide clinical advice, or make decisions about your participation. Any decision to participate in a clinical trial is made entirely at your own risk and discretion.

4. Your Information

When you submit your details through our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

5. Health Data and Privacy

The information you provide may include health-related data, which is treated as special category personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). By submitting this information, you give your explicit consent for us to process it for the purposes of clinical trial matching and application assistance, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We will not share your data with trial sponsors or research organisations without your knowledge and agreement.

6. Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Cure Link accepts no liability for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by you, including referral to a trial for which you are not eligible or harm resulting from participation in a trial based on inaccurate information you have provided.

7. Independent Decision Making

By submitting your details through the Service, you confirm that your decision to enquire about or participate in any clinical trial is made freely, independently, and without undue influence from Cure Link. You confirm that you have not relied solely on information provided by Cure Link in making any health-related decision, and that you have sought or will seek independent medical advice before agreeing to participate in any clinical trial.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee that we will identify a suitable trial for every user, or that any trial we refer you to will accept your application. Final acceptance onto a trial is contingent on your own health assessments, eligibility checks, and confirmation, all of which are conducted by and at the discretion of the recruiting organisation. We make no representations as to the suitability, safety, or availability of any trial we identify.

You acknowledge that clinical trials involve inherent risks that are outside of Cure Link’s control or knowledge. Cure Link makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the safety, efficacy, or conduct of any trial to which you are referred.

9. Third-Party Trials and Organisations

Our Service may direct you to clinical trials run by third-party organisations. We are not responsible for the conduct, safety, or outcomes of any such trials. You should review the informed consent materials provided by the recruiting organisation carefully before agreeing to participate in any trial.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cure Link acts solely as a patient recruitment intermediary. We identify potentially eligible patients based on information they provide and refer them to trial sites for independent clinical screening. We do not make clinical decisions, assess medical suitability, or determine final eligibility for any trial. All patients referred through our Service will undergo a full independent eligibility assessment by the recruiting site or sponsor before any participation is confirmed.

You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information through our Service. Cure Link accepts no liability for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide, including referral to a trial for which you are not clinically eligible.

Cure Link shall not be liable for any loss, harm, injury, or damage arising from your participation or non-participation in any clinical trial, the conduct or outcomes of any trial, decisions made by trial sites or sponsors, or any clinical or medical decisions made in connection with a trial. These matters are entirely outside our control and responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any direct losses caused by our own acts or omissions shall not exceed £500. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

12. Changes to These Terms

Cure Link is not a party to any agreement between you and a clinical trial site or sponsor. Any arrangement you enter into with a trial site or sponsor is entirely separate from your use of this Service and Cure Link bears no responsibility for it.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by contacting us at info@cure-link.uk to request deletion of your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

If Cure Link ceases to operate, we will notify you by email and delete your personal data in accordance with our Data Retention Policy, unless retention is required by law. Any referrals already made to trial sites prior to termination remain the responsibility of those sites under their own data protection obligations.
