Fatty liver disease (also known as MASLD) is a common condition linked to diabetes, weight, and metabolic health. Many people have it without a formal diagnosis. This study is testing whether treatments similar to those already used for diabetes and weight management could help prevent serious liver complications in people at risk. Participants who complete the study receive £2,400.
