If your blood pressure remains high despite taking medication, you may be able to join a new clinical study testing a treatment that could help reduce your risk of serious heart problems such as heart attack or stroke. Unlike daily tablets, this treatment is given as a single injection every six months. Participants receive £75 per study visit plus travel expenses.
