Generalised myasthenia gravis
This study is testing whether iptacopan, a new investigational medicine, could reduce the impact of generalised MG: including muscle weakness, fatigue, drooping eyelids, double vision, and difficulty swallowing or breathing. You would continue your existing MG treatment throughout.
